Our Beginnings

Paper Wizard was started in October 2000 by Bonnie Smith (former attorney & mother of 3 sons) as a solution for the scrapbook enthusiast who never seems to find the 2-3 hours needed to create a great scrapbook page. Located in Utah, Bonnie is a woman who had a lifelong love affair with all things paper. As a mom, wife, daughter, sister and friend, she was searching for a convenient way to document her most cherished memories. She and husband, Eric, created a product they couldn’t find on the market, complete scrapbooking kits that would enable someone to create great scrapbook pages, with that “did it myself look”, in 20-30 minutes rather than 2-3 hours. Today, Paper Wizard offers over 150 different scrapbook page kits and uses only acid free, lignin free paper. The company produces beautifully intricate laser-cut embellishments for all types of Scrapbooking and papercrafting. Each month they create exciting new products to help their customers showcase memories and stories in a way that preserves them for future generations to enjoy.
